The one thing that bummed me out today was my workout. Yesterday my coach said that we were going to run a fartlek on the track today, but on a whim he changes it. I was really looking forward to running the original workout. It is my favorite speed workout that I don't mind. My coach changed the workout to two mile repeats. I am not a fan of the mile on the track, so you could bet anything that I was not prepared mentally or physically. Mostly mentally. I ran not so well. I was just bummed. Shit happens I just got to move on with my life. Tomorrow is the start of a 3 day weekend and I am grinning ear-to-ear. :)
